Retention of Cookies

Account and security technologies
We use Stripe to process online payments. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies where necessary to provide the account, payment and subscription management functions you request and to protect against unauthorised access, fraud and abuse. These technologies support:
- remembering the subscription plan selected during checkout;
- authenticating you when you access your account;
- maintaining a secure checkout and processing payments;
- preventing duplicate charges or repeated payment submissions;
- securely managing subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds and failed payments.
These technologies support the relevant functions. The terms governing payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are set out in your agreement with us.
Where permitted by applicable law, strictly necessary technologies are used without optional consent. We do not use strictly necessary payment or security technologies for advertising purposes. Analytics, optional personalisation and marketing technologies used on account, checkout or billing pages are described separately in this Policy and remain disabled until you consent to the relevant category. A technology is not classified as strictly necessary merely because it is supplied by a payment provider.
Stripe may collect transaction information and information about your device and browser through cookies and similar technologies to process and secure payments and prevent fraud. International Data Processing
Personal data collected through the technologies listed above may be processed outside Switzerland. The countries of processing and remote access and the applicable transfer safeguards or statutory exceptions are identified in our Subprocessor List.
Stripe may process personal data collected through payment and fraud prevention technologies outside Switzerland, including in the United States and India. Where required by applicable law, Stripe relies on recognised adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, as applicable.
